The Challenge: The marketing team at Building Hope needed an updated video to feature on their website, show during community events, and share on social media. Their previous video featured their previous executive director. Also they told us it was too long and no one was really watching it.

The Solution: We worked with them to better identify who this video would be for, all the ways they could watch it, and how it could serve the Building Hope mission. We decided the video would be part of the mission itself - that is, it would serve those in need and guide them early on how to seek help. This meant making the viewer the hero, and Building Hope the guide.

The result is an updated "Mission Video" that more clearly outlines what they do and how they do it, while drawing the viewer in and giving them tools right away, making them feel trustful and hopeful.
